Todd has 15 years of experience as a business appraisal professional and holds the Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) designation, the highest general business appraisal designation awarded by the Institute of Business Appraisers. He has presented lectures at various conferences and seminars including the Southeastern Regional Conference of the Institute of Business Appraisers and the Georgia Association of Business Brokers annual Educational Conference. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia (BBA) and Georgia State University (MBA).

Dan Browning, JD, BVAL, ABAR

Dan has 15 years of experience as a business appraisal professional and holds the Business Valuator Accredited for Litigation (BVAL) and Accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR) designations from the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). He has testified as an expert witness in several jurisdictions. He has presented lectures at multiple IBA National Conferences, various Southeastern Regional IBA Conferences, and the Georgia Association of Business Brokers annual Education Conference. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and is a graduate of Emory University (BA, JD) and the University of Notre Dame (MA).
